    Description

    (4S)-4-Formyl-2,2-dimethyl-3-oxazolidinecarboxylic Acid 1,1-Dimethylethyl Ester is used to prepare γ-aminophosphonates (N-arylamide phosphonates as subtype-selective sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor agonists and antagonists. It is also used to synthesize N-sulfonylated propargylglycine derivatives as metalloproteinase inhibitors.
